Account Deletion Request
To permanently delete your HomBoo account and all data, follow the steps below.
Delete From Within the App
- Open the HomBoo app.
- Go to the Settings page.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
Request via Email
You can send a request with your account details to the email address below.
Email: support@sixtyfourlabs.net
Data Deleted
- Account details (email, name)
- All task and budget records
- Household membership and household data
- Push notification tokens
Deletion is completed within 30 days.
Note:
Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted.
