By using the HomBoo app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Scope

HomBoo is a mobile app offering household task management, shared budget tracking, a points/leaderboard system, and a home notebook. The app is designed for personal and household use only.

2. Account & Membership

• A valid email address or Google account is required to register.
• Each user may have only one active account.
• The user is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Users under 18 must use the app under parental supervision.

3. Household Data

Users who join a household can access that household's tasks, budget, and member information. The household owner is responsible for inviting and managing members. Sharing sensitive financial information is at the user's discretion.

4. Prohibited Use

• Using the app for illegal purposes
• Attempting to access others' accounts without permission
• Submitting harmful software or content to the system

5. Advertising

The app may display ads via Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's personalization policies. Users may opt out of ad personalization through device settings.

6. Service Changes

HomBoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue service features without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

HomBoo is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from financial decisions. The app is provided "as is".

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
